Tenant’s Application and Screening
We do require a credit score of 550 or greater and the rent must be less than 30% of gross monthly income. SKYY INC utilizes TransUnion Resident Screening in processing applications.
Application Fee
Anyone 18 years of age or older must complete an individual application. Application fee is for $50 per person 18 years of age or older.
Security Deposit
The security deposit can be paid with a check, money order, cashier’s check, or credit/debit card.
Proof of Income
Evaluating a tenant’s monthly income, job status, past payment history, and debt status to determine if they can rely on the applicant to pay rent every month. Processing an application generally takes 1-3 business days to complete.
